In the winding equipment of the Spring Collet, the cone-shaped base paper chuck used in the base paper holder of the corrugated board production line has the disadvantage of damaging the base paper core and the inner side paper in the use process, resulting in the difficulty in using the end paper, and the waste rate of the end paper is more than 2 / 1000. Although the automatic expansion type base paper chuck does not need power assistance, after the paper threading is successful, the bobbin clip drag plate rotates with the box paper force, and the paper core in the box paper core is fully automatically expanded and flattened to support the paper core or fully automatically folded and removed, which completely deals with the shortcomings of the cone-shaped box paper cylinder to support the split end paper and improves the utilization rate of box paper.
