What should be paid attention to when using the tool holder?

1. When selecting products
1). Check the size and shape of spindle hole and tool handle.
2). Select the cutting tool with proper size and shape and matching with the shank.
3). Select appropriate cutting conditions.
2. When handling products
1). When transporting the product and taking it out of the box, pay attention to prevent the product from popping or falling.
2). Special care must be taken when handling multiple packed products or heavy tool handles at the same time.
3). Do not attempt to refit or disassemble the handle.
4). Pay attention that the handle parts and the cutterbed shall not be scratched, scratched, chipped or rusted.
5). Do not connect the part contacting the thread.
3. When installing cutting tools
1). Wear protective equipment when installing cutting tools in the shank.
2). When installing the cutting tool in the shank, make sure it is absolutely fixed.
4. When installed on the machine
1). When installing the tool handle, make sure that there is no dust on the mechanical spindle hole, tool handle or TOOL HOLDER. Scratches, or rust.
2). Regularly check the degree of deviation grip accuracy.
3). The rivet is consumable and should be replaced regularly.
5. During processing
1). Do not touch the handle when rotating.
2). Do not operate the machine when the cutting tool has not been installed in the shank.
3). Be careful not to rotate reversely.
4). Wear protective cover and goggles during processing.
5). When setting up high pressure coolant machining applications, hands or bodies should not be near the cutting tool tips.
