1. Insufficient rigidity of spring chuck lathe
Spring chucks such as trawler stopper loosening and transmission unbalance cause vibration. Of course, the instability of lathe installation will also cause vibration, which will reduce the surface roughness of the workpiece.
2. Vibration Caused by Insufficient Rigidity of Spring Clamp Turning Tool
Spring chuck should use thick tool rod as far as possible to reduce the length of tool extension; insufficient rigidity of workpiece can also cause vibration, so when turning slender axle, it is necessary to use center frame or one clamp instead of two top clamps.
3. Geometric parameters of cutting part of spring chuck turning tool are incorrect
The spring chuck chooses a reasonable and suitable cutting angle according to the machinable characteristics of the workpiece material to reduce the surface roughness.
4. Spring chuck reduces the surface roughness of workpiece due to the formation of debris tumors. The debris tumors are very firm.
In spring chuck cutting, because of the involvement of debris accumulation tumors, the surface of the workpiece will be brushed or scratched, so it should be avoided as far as possible in turning. Combining with the analysis of the above reasons, we should know early and prevent early in processing, eliminate the problem in the budding state, improve the accuracy of the workpiece, and meet the design requirements.
