In the current situation of the continuous development of the machine tool industry, the application of CNC lathe chuck and other related machine tool accessories has become increasingly common. 1. Put the NC lathe chuck into the pressure cap, gently rotate the clip spring, and the eccentric part of the pressure cap is concave into the clip spring groove. Push the clip spring evenly and forcefully along the arrow direction, and then it can be loaded into the pressure cap.
2. Install the clamp spring and the pressure cap together on the chuck body or the spindle of the machine tool, wipe off the cylindrical handle of the tool, and then put it into the clamping hole. Use the wrench to tighten the pressure cap evenly and forcefully until the tool is clamped.
3. When changing tool for NC lathe chuck, release the pressure cap with wrench, take out the chuck and tool, remove the tool, push the chuck spring forcefully along the arrow direction, make it withdraw, and then replace the chuck spring with other apertures according to need.
