What is the choice of CNC toolholder?

How to choose the right Cnc Tool Holder? The selection of NC tools is very important, which requires high precision, good rigidity, convenient clamping and adjustment, strong cutting performance and high durability, as well as improving processing efficiency and product quality. So many people have lost money in buying cutting tools. Today I will tell you how to choose the right NC cutting tools!
What is the choice of CNC toolholder?
(1) CNC toolholder includes spring chuck toolholder, clamp spring and pull pin. As shown in the figure of spring chuck shank, spring chuck shank, elastic jacket and pull pin are used to clamp end mills, twist drills and taps with various straight shank.

The elastic jacket is installed in the front end of the numerical control tool cabinet to clamp the milling cutter. The Clamping Nut is clamped; the pull pin is tightened in the threaded hole at the tail of the numerical control tool handle for tightening on the spindle.

(2) Morse taper shank.
CNC toolholder taper toolholder has Morse taper No.2, No.3, No.4, etc., which can be used to clamp the corresponding Morse DRILL CHUCK, end mill, etc.

The TOOL HOLDER should be selected according to the processing conditions.

CNC Tool Holder, tool function T code means to select the next tool to be placed in the spindle tool magazine of CNC machining center with tool magazine. T address does not start the tool change operation, it only selects the next tool. For example, tlm06 is to load tool 1 on the spindle.

In the process of multi-step processing, select the appropriate tool. Each tool should be assigned a tool number, which is specified in the program. The tool function is represented by the address character T and the two digits after it. The next two digits indicate the tool number of the selected magazine.

When the NC system executes the t command, it rotates the tool holder until the specified tool is selected. When a program block contains both T code and tool movement command, the T code command is executed first, and then the tool movement command is executed.
