1. The interface between the tool handle and the spindle realizes the cooperation, so the performance can be brought into full play during machining, such as precision, service life and so on. If the wedge fit between the spindle and the NC tool handle is not so good, the assembly accuracy may exceed the standard range. First, the spindle will react poorly and make a lot of noise during processing;

According to the larger interfaces, there are two general types.

One is the 7:24 universal interface, including German standard, national standard and Japanese standard; The other is the widely used 1:10 interface. At present, 7:24 is more common, and 1:10 is the tool handle of HSK vacuum system. There are also some heat shrinkable and hydraulic, including the ultrasonic series currently being made, which are more divided according to the form of clamping.

The application of NC tool holder in CNC machining center is a key link that can affect the machining quality of parts. It must not be regarded as a general component.
