2 system anti-lock time is not long enough: adjust the system anti-lock time parameters (new tool post lock time t = 1.2s can be).

3 Mechanical locking mechanism failure: Disassemble the tool holder, adjust the machine, and check if the positioning pin is broken.

Fault phenomenon 2: One tool number of the electric tool holder can not rotate, and the other tool positions can be rotated.

1 Hall element damage of this bit knife: confirm which tool position makes the tool holder turn non-stop, input the command to rotate the tool position on the system, use the multimeter to measure whether the tool position signal contact has voltage change to +24V contact If there is no change, it can be determined that the tool Hall element is damaged, and the transmitter or Hall element is replaced.

2 This knife position signal line is broken, causing the system to be unable to detect the bit signal: check whether there is an open circuit between the tool position signal and the system connection, and the correct connection can be made.

3 The system's tool position signal receiving circuit has a problem: when it is determined that the tool position Hall element is no problem, and the tool position signal and the system connection are no problem, the main board is replaced.
