1. Select high-precision measuring tools, and the measuring unit is at least 0.002mm

2. According to the standard, the concentricity deviation of the spindle test rod shall be controlled within 300mm

Within 0.005. And tungsten steel rods with shank diameter tolerance within H6 shall be selected.

3. Before the tool handle is installed, pay attention to cleaning all parts, such as collet and nut, and keep the mechanical spindle clean.

4. When the tool handle clamps the standard bar, it shall be carried out according to the instructions to avoid improper clamping. Resulting in inaccurate measurement and error.

5. The standard measurement deflection accuracy shall be 4 times of the clamping handle diameter.
