To generate a certain radial force, so that the slender shaft is pressed on the pillar of the tool heel to avoid shaft runout; When the turning tool rod is not supported by the TOOL HOLDER or center frame, the tool shall be properly installed to the left to form a main deflection angle slightly greater than 900, and the ER extension rod shall be used to minimize the radial cutting force.
