Care of toolholder

Precautions for toolholder care:

1. Reduce the contact between the sweat on the hand and the handle of the knife. Try not to grab the knife with bare hands. After grasping the knife with bare hands, apply anti rust oil in time. When manually installing and disassembling the tool handle, form a good habit of applying anti rust oil after the tool handle is removed and before installation;

2. Regularly check the coolant concentration to prevent the coolant concentration from decreasing, bacteria from multiplying and breeding in large numbers, and accelerate the corrosion of the tool handle. The anti rust aging of the cooling liquid is different, and the appropriate anti rust aging cooling liquid shall be selected;

3. The cleaning and rust prevention of the tool handle are essential before the factory holidays. If the tool handle is not used for a long time, it must be coated with anti rust oil for storage and reapplied with anti rust oil regularly.

The service life of the tool handle is usually 5-8 years. Selecting a tool handle with excellent performance and stable quality can effectively save production costs.
