Design of analytical spring collet

1. Directional fixed Spring Collet

The clamp body 1 is inserted into the taper hole of the machine tool spindle with a taper handle, and a pen passes through the axial iron setting of the clamp 2. The inner conical surface of the screw nut 3 forces the cylindrical clamp to shrink and clamp the workpiece; The reverse nut and simple clamp spring are opened and the workpiece is loosened. The nut rotates relative to the clamp. The conical surface of the nut is easy to wear. It is suitable for processing light and general workpieces. Limited to the expansion of the fixture, the tolerance of the workpiece reference shall not exceed 0.5mm. Screw 4 is used to prevent a pen from spinning through the clamp.

2. Directional movable spring collet

When the nut is tightened, the workpiece is simply clamped by axial movement. The support pin is used to fix the axial iron of the casting. Due to the relative axial displacement between the simple fixture and the workpiece, the working surface of the fixture is easy to wear and suitable for general work.

3. Conical sleeve spring collet

The high and middle gear taper sleeve 5 is placed between the collet body 1 and the cylinder clamp 2 and is cured with the pin 4.. Turn the nut to move the conical sleeve axially through the inner end face of the nut (or pin 6), so as to shrink (or open) the barrel clamp.



4. Groove taper sleeve spring collet

Replace the clamp with a tapered sleeve 2 with a longitudinal groove. When the screw nut 3 is tightened, the inner cone of the nut forces the conical sleeve to shrink and clamp the casting. Fit to act as if.

5. End moving spring collet

The clip has claws at both ends. When tightening nut 5, due to the inner conical surface of clamp body 3 and cone sleeve 7, the clamping claws at both ends shrink and tighten the workpiece at the same time. The two pins 6 are used to guard the cone sleeve and the screw nut, the tension spring 2 resets the cylinder clamp 4, and the permanent nail 1 is used for the axial principle of the casting. It is suitable for clamping long workpieces.
