Good and high precision machining of chuck in CNC lathe

For the excellent technicality of fixture, the collet of CNC lathe usually requires that all the materials composed of fixture should be selected as many kinds of standard parts as possible, and the proportion of manufactured parts should be as small as possible, so as to reduce the amount of manufacturing labor and cost. All kinds of components and equipment for Cnc Lathe Collet Chuck should be easy to manufacture and calculate, and easy to install and debug.

The adjustability of collet composition of CNC lathe often chooses the way of bolt fastening and pin position. When improving and placing the collet, it is convenient to grind the dimension of a certain component. It can also be used to set local improvement washer between components and equipment, improve gasket or adjustment sleeve to control the placement size, compensate the error of other components, and improve the precision of fixture. Once the placement level is seriously completed, its location and size shall not be changed. Therefore, these surfaces or lines which need to be improved or repaired in their own places and dimensions in the process of placement cannot be taken as the placement level.
In the test, the chuck of CNC lathe should always loosen and replace the workpiece. For example, when it is used in the turning center, it can spray a layer of smoothing agent on the inner hole and outer surface of the chuck when it is loosened. It is good to use the coolant if possible, so as to wash the debris on the chuck of CNC lathe and provide excellent smoothing function. If the smooth grease is applied at the locking angle of the chuck of the numerical control lathe, the frequent wear can be reduced and the clamping force can be increased. It can also be used for other smooth function good data, including good grease or wax based data with EP (limit pack) characteristics.

It is very reasonable to select the clamping diameter standard of the chuck of the CNC lathe, which can ensure that the chuck of the CNC lathe has a large clamping force on the workpiece, and the end of the clamping conditions, and then ensure that the machining is good and high precision. If the diameter of the inner hole of the chuck is too large, the workpiece will only be clamped by the hole of the chuck when the chuck is closed.
It is very possible that the chuck of CNC lathe constitutes the geometric shape mismatch between the outer circle of workpiece and the inner hole of chuck of CNC lathe, thus reducing the clamping force. It is assumed that the diameter of the chuck inner hole is too small to be selected. When the chuck is closed, only the core of the chuck inner hole touches the workpiece. Thus, although the clamping force increases, the condition that the chuck is not coaxial with the workpiece will be formed. A kind of standard CNC lathe chuck can only clamp the workpiece with the corresponding diameter standard.
