Analysis of the Close Relation between Tool Bar and Tool Handle
1. Reduce tool types:
(1) The cutting tool consists of a cutting part and a clamping part.
(2) There are dozens of standard forms of machine tools used to install tool parts.
(3) If the cutter is directly connected to the machine tool, the same blade cutter needs to be made into different clamping parts. This is obviously not economical and realistic.
2. Intermediate connection form -
TOOL HOLDER:
(1) Make the clamping part of the cutter square, outer cylindrical, inner cylindrical and outer conical.
(2) With a component, one end can be connected to the machine tool, and the other end can be used to clamp the tool in a few forms. This is the handle.
(3) There are a large number of combination forms to meet a large number of different requirements for such a small number of tool connection forms and a small number of
Tool Holder connection forms.
3. Connection of machine clip knife:
(1) The appearance of clip-type non-regrinding blade causes new problems in the connection between blade and tool rod.
(2) When the clip blade is directly mounted on the handle, it will encounter difficulties and increase the cost of use.
(3) Adding another intermediate, which is customarily called a cutter rod, one end of which is to install the machine clip blade, and the other end is to make the traditional square, outer cylindrical, inner cylindrical and outer conical.
(4) Such a scheme, so that the original tool holder is not affected by any changes, as long as the changing tool holder changes, to achieve our common interchange requirements.
